Product

SBC sells a curated mix of vintage items.  Due to the secondhand nature of the product, some items may have slight marks or imperfections from past homes.  This slight bit of wear adds to the character of the piece.  Please however read the product descriptions thoroughly or request more information prior to purchasing to avoid any surprises.  

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

All orders will arrive within 2-3 working days and are shipped using My Hermes tracked service.  If the order is placed over the weekend, please note that it may not be shipped until the following Monday.  Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided from My Hermes and you shall be able to track the delivery.  If you require next day delivery, please get in touch, this service is possible if the order is placed before 11am and will cost an additional £1.99 for this service.  

How sustainable is the packaging?

SBC is extremely passionate about minimising waste and keeping out planet beautiful.  All cardboard boxes if not reused from friends and neighbours are made from 100% recycled material and biodegradable brown tape.  Your order may arrive in some plastic bubblewrap or foam chips, to help protect your purchase however please rest assured this plastic has been repurposed.  Please continue to reuse and repurpose the packaging you receive your order in.   

Ordering Large Furniture Items

Furniture items will require delivery by a man with a van.  Please get in touch about the piece you are interested in prior to purchasing if you are unable to collect yourself from SE15, London and we shall obtain a delivery quote.  If you do not get in touch for a quote your order may be cancelled.  

Refund Policy

Please ensure you are fully committed to your item before purchasing and have read all the information and details of the item condition prior to purchase as refunds are not accepted.  If however your item has arrived damaged or there are issues that were not identified, please get in touch and we will do our best to reimburse or rectify the situation.
