15 years old, the sofa is in good general condition, the alcantara fabric is a synthetic suede and the sofa ages in the same manner.
Please note there is a cigarette burn underneath the sofa that has gone through the alcantara fabric. This isn't however visible when the sofa is upright. There is also some wear to the bottom 3 buttons where some of the fabric has come away on the button.
